I visit this location regularly because it’s close to me. However, during my last visit, while waiting for my coffee, I witnessed something very concerning.
An employee named Haidar was preparing another customer’s iced coffee and dropped the ice scoop on the floor. I expected him to either replace it or wash it, but instead, he picked it up and used it again directly in the ice machine as if nothing had happened.
When I asked if he realized what he was doing, he replied, “Don’t worry, I won’t use it for yours.” 😳
Instead of acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, or correcting it, he tried to justify his actions with several excuses.
When I took out my phone to document the situation, he immediately denied everything, saying “Why are you doing this? I didn’t do anything,” and tried to avoid responsibility.
Naturally, I and others who witnessed this left without purchasing anything.
If this is how he behaves in front of customers, I don’t even want to imagine what happens in the kitchen.
I strongly urge management to review the camera footage from April 14th at 4:30 PM.
After checking recent reviews, I also noticed multiple 1-star ratings mentioning the same employee. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the food industry and raises serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism.
