- KSKhushbu ShahApr 20, 20263.0The lady just added 3 swirls of french vanilla in my french vanilla latte i ordered hot and she charged me for iced french vanilla latte. I even told her I ordred hot she told me its almost the same price. I dudnt thought twice n I paid and I know cold lattes are few cents more than hot. N being a french vanilla lover I can feel the difference. Even my husband nodded his head after he had his 1st sip and said not good I WANTED TO TELL THE LADY but i already sat in my car n we were getting late hence we left and again the taste of my latte wasnt good as it always is.

- JDJoel DFeb 15, 20261.02/14/26 10:18pm I've never felt more disregarded at any other establishment before. With an empty store, I came in for a small coffee with 3 sugars. "Cream and sugar?", says 'Abby'. (She's ALREADY not focused) "3 sugars", I repeat. Abby then dissappears into the stock room, without saying anything. For several minutes, I'm waiting at the register right where I paid for my coffee. As I'm patiently waiting, several minutes go by and no one acknowledged me. 'Abby' at some point walked past me, down to the furthest end of the counter and left my coffee there without saying anything to me. When I asked her about what should have been a quick order, she began to berate me, yelling at me and telling me that I "need to follow the rules" and that I "should be paying attention." She complained that she is too busy to tell me that she would be walking past me to place my coffee at the far end of the café, near the door. Her tone, her raising her voice at me was very disrespectful and embarrassing.
