- YJyossie jacknin2 days ago1.0Printed on the Dunkin cup are the words, Make It Right- love your order or we’ll remake it. I tried a new combination of flavors in my coffee, I found It to be gross. When I asked the employee to remake the coffee with different flavors, He said that policy Was That he would only do the Order I said. Dunkin say Love your order or we’ll remake it , not, "Our mistake? We'll remake it. Make it right." This franchise did not uphold the policy they clearly printed.

- AJAshley JourdainAug 10, 20261.0honestly i have been going to this dunkin for years and even used to work there. but today i had a truly disgusting experience. i walk in and immediately i notice a group of employees huddled around the sink eating pizza. one that is disgusting to be eating food while also serving food too. i don’t think anyone who made my food or drink washed their hands or changed their gloves. and what’s crazy is it looked like the manager who was a blonde woman was apart of it too, and when it comes down to order our food she isn’t even paying attention it seems while my sister was ordering her food. she had another employee continue to take her order in the middle of her ordering cause she got a phone call. and then when we’re by hand off to grab our food & drinks there’s a pizza on a piece of cardboard or something on the handoff station that a redhead gave to someone who i’m not sure even worked there? i wish i took a picture but i was just so astounded at the experience i was having, i was just in disbelief. the most unprofessional & disgusting experience i have had when going to any sort of fast food environment. to have all your employees eating a pizza in the sink to me just seems like a food safety thing but hey what do i know?
