But this one never seems to have great customer service and they always seem to get something wrong. Today I had a problem where something didn’t appear in my cart on the app even though I had a free reward item when I asked for help nobody there could take the time to help me and they seem to be really busy. Despite the fact, only three people online. To be honest, it makes me never want to buy anything from chipotle again. The frustration level of feeling not important when I go to your store after I spend money there and try to support your business and your product is not worth the frustration than I get.
