Alright fine no problem I'll wait. 10 minutes go by and I ask again if the food is ready. She said, yours is not ready yet. Meanwhile, other people who seem to have also done pick up orders as well walk up, tell her the name and the food was ready after a minute of waiting. So now 20 minutes have past since my pick up time, and they finally handed me my food AFTER they had made the food for everyone else that came after me.... Waiting 40 minutes for food may be normal for other restaurants where food is more expensive but I'm seriously disappointed in today's interaction and frankly I want my money back for the lack of service. I'll go to Qdoba instead, at least when they say it's ready by a certain time, they actually mean it.
