  These are the most unprofessional people I have come across. The staff members are rude. The kids that work at night mostly. This one kid was helping a customer out I guess the customer knew another worker from there and was trying to get a discount on the food. Well the kid was taking care of that customer for like 10 minutes. There were 3 people including myself waiting and after he was done with that customer the kid that works in your restaurant didn’t even look at us walked away to speak to the other 2 that were working in the back to chat. You need to do better with your customer service because it sucks! I will not be going back to your restaurant. Hire people that really want to work and are helpful and nice!

  Very bad place. Rude staff. All kinds of signs telling you things that don't need to be told to you. Ultra slow service. Soybean oil which is the cheapest possible thing you could use! Most of the time you'll see objects of personal nature sitting on the counter where food is supposed to be prepared like telephones. You couldn't pay me to eat here

  Service was horrible. The first guy just ignored us when he wanted to order and walked away. The second guy who finally took our order was picking his teeth was a tooth pick as we ordered. Place is dirty not a good look for Wingstop

  Came in to get some wings, staff all looks unprofessional in sweats, looks like they rolled out of bed, blatantly ignored customers to talk to each other. I don’t know, not expecting some fine dining experience but they could update the place along with getting a more respectful staff. I work in food service and I know doordashers can be rude but hiding in the back to talk to each other instead of greeting the guest is just super unprofessional.

  I ordered online and went to pick up the food. I asked if I could use the bathroom. The employee said no and that was for customers only. I told her that I am a customer because I ordered food and I'm here to pick it up. She said that I had to eat here to use the bathroom. That doesn't make sense. You got money from me and I can't use the bathroom? I'm never coming back here again. No wonder this place has a bad rating. It should be lower.
