- TMtrisha magnusJun 23, 20261.0So me and my friends walked and went this dunkin in the rain. We walked up to the doors and they were locked. It wasn’t closed there was one worker inside, even though the hours say 5am-9pm and it was around 6pm they made us walk through the drive through then past that to the pay now window were we had to order and pay. Mind you we had to wait 30 minutes because she decided to take everyone’s orders she got the order wrong completely even though we told them up close clearly because we were standing outside the pay window in the rain ordering. as we told her the order was wrong she proceeded to tell us take us the cheese even though it was melted and that the drink was right even tho it was wrong. she gave us a latte instead of a Coolata. it was very unprofessional. there was literally one rude employee with the doors locked like!? not the first time this has happened either! do not come here and we are calling corporate!! I’m suprised no one has talked about this. I have video proof also.

That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a positive experience with some minor hiccups that could easily be improved.
