  I ordered a egg pork roll cheese sandwich, no eggs? I paid over $7 for this? And, no napkins in the bag?

  She has glove in one hand then she goes make sandwiches with the same glove then takes money with the Same glove I'm sorry but I'm not coming here again.

  Ugh First let's start with the minor stuff. The atmosphere, I understand what their TRYING to do here a beach jersey shore vibe but not putting any effort or money in to their establishment just really shows how much they care. And what a shame to be in such a good location and they drop the ball. Place should be busy all the time being where they are. Place is pretty gross and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and they leave the backdoor to the backroom open,no one needs to see back there especially because it looks gross and sketchy. Service was subpar. Doesn't seem like anyone really knows what their doing here besides one lady that seems to be the manager but she just comes off as miserable and sad. Food is overpriced and not that good for the price. Place seems outdated and the amount of homeless people that hang around the building is alarming. The parking lot is covered in cigarettes and used vapes. I had to use the drive thru ATM around back because for some reason there system was down and I didn't have cash and to my disgust they seem to have some sort of rodent problem behind the building.

  I don't get the bad reviews. They are a go-to place for us, we've never been disappointed or treated poorly by the staff. They even have gluten free bagels for a sandwich option which for me is great (they are Udi's bagels). Try their chicken salad, it's simplistic and delicious. They have lots of seating, a pleasant atmosphere, and an actual coffee bar.

  Food is good. Service is ehh. Main reason for low score is prices shown on the board are NOT accurate. Pork roll, egg, and cheese says $7.50 on the menu. Was charged 7.95 plus tax. It is not much, but I can only imagine how many other item are priced inaccurate. Lost faith in this establishment, won't be back unfortunately.
