  Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and Cinnamon Pull-Aparts for delivery, but the driver only handed me the pizza. At that moment I didn’t realize that the Cinnamon Pull-Aparts were missing. By the time I noticed and went back outside to speak to the driver, he had already left. I immediately called the store, and they told me they would contact the driver and have him come back with the missing item. I waited an entire hour, called again, and was told the driver claimed he had already delivered it. I explained multiple times that this was not true—I personally received ONE box directly from the driver, and he never gave me the Cinnamon Pull-Aparts or left another box at my door. I called three times, and every time they simply repeated what the driver claimed instead of actually resolving the issue. I eventually gave up after wasting more than an hour trying to get an item I had already paid for. Missing items happen, but the way this store handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Terrible service, terrible customer support, and zero accountability. Not even one star.

  Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete lack of respect for the customer. ​Last night, I placed an order at this Papa John's location (721 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park), and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a food delivery. ​To start, the order took much longer than expected, which is understandable sometimes, but the real issues began with the delivery. The driver completely ignored my delivery instructions. Instead of delivering it to my door, he dumped my food in the building's main lobby—completely outside the security door—and just walked away. Leaving my dinner exposed to anyone who walked by is a massive health and safety concern. When I called the driver, his explanation made absolutely no sense. ​To make matters worse, the order was incomplete, and the food that actually arrived was poorly prepared and of terrible quality. ​When I called the store to speak with the manager, he was incredibly cynical, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he literally hung up the phone in my face. Hoping for a solution, I contacted Papa John's corporate customer service. I spent over an hour on the phone, went through endless hold times, and spoke to multiple people, only to realize that this company simply does not care. Even the corporate representative tried to contact this specific store's manager, and the manager refused to answer them as well. ​This experience proved to me that the lack of respect and poor training in this franchise is deeply rooted, going all the way from the delivery drivers to the store management. A brand of this size should be ashamed of this level of customer service. This was my absolute last time ordering from any Papa John's. Save your time, money, and patience, and order from somewhere else.

  ordered for delivery if i could i would put zero everytime i order from here there’s alway something wrong with it, not even sure how they’re still in business…

  Place is solid for me to this point. Usually 1-2 people working there and working hard. This place is always open in snow storms and what not and they are clutch. Cheers to them .

  Horrible experiencia como consumidor. Lo único bueno es que cierran más tarde que otros negocios. Acabo de llegar y pedirme un PapaBowl, el dependiente que nos atiende ( en español) nos dice que no puede echarle agregos. (better order online), para solo tener que ir a hacer pick up o mejor que te lo lleven a casa. El bowl casi no tenia nada parecía un sample. Muy mala calidad de todo.
