  I came in mainly craving something quick and classic, and I’m really glad I did, everything about this place felt put-together. I ordered a bowl and a shake, and honestly both were better than I expected. The bowl was filling without being heavy, and the flavors actually matched what you’d hope for in a place like this. The ingredients tasted fresh, and it wasn’t one of those meals that feels like it’s missing something once you take the first bite. It had a good balance, savory where it should be, and not overly salty or bland. I finished it way faster than I meant to because it was just genuinely enjoyable. And then the shake—wow. It was thick, cold, and smooth, like the kind that actually tastes like you’re getting the real deal instead of some watered-down version. The sweetness felt right, and it paired perfectly with the bowl. I was smiling the whole time I ate, which rarely happens for me, especially with shakes. Service was also great, staff was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time, no awkward waiting or runaround. Overall, this is the type of spot I’d come back to, if you’re deciding what to try, I’d go straight for the bowl and shake. Overall five star, nice job !

  I had an excellent experience The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The place is spotless, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do—they’re friendly, hardworking, and make everyone feel welcome. If you’re looking for a clean place with great service and wonderful owners, I highly recommend Ball Shake. I’ll definitely be back!

  Highly recommend bowl shake not only is everything on the menu so good but the service is amazing. Very catering and attentive to the customers! Daily go to spot
