  I ordered their egg white bites and a medium iced cloud latte from this location. The cloud latte had oreo crumble on it, which I cannot eat as I have a gluten allergy. I didn’t make a fuss as I can just scrape it off the top. When I got home and bit into the egg bites, it very obviously had freezer burn, tasted rotten, and was expired. I emailed customer service requesting a refund to my Dunkin account or a gift card and was offered a free sandwich voucher. I told them I did not want the sandwich as I have an allergy and could not eat them. They then advised me to come in person to be issued a refund, which I declined as I know they have the ability to credit the Dunkin account or send an e-gift card. This location used to be my absolute favorite but the staff and quality control on their food has gone completely downhill. As someone who used to work at a Dunkin location, I would not recommend.

  I want to start this by saying the employees are never rude, and always very pleasant. With that being said, I waste my money every time I come here. I stop here occasionally if I’m running late and can’t get my regular Dunkin on the way to work and without fail, this Dunkin messes every drink order up. It doesn’t matter what you get, it will taste either burnt, or like it wasn’t mixed properly. I have just veto’d getting coffee when I’m late, because stopping here would be more of a punishment than not having coffee at all. 😂

  Was there today the lady in the drive thru told me that the iced coffees don’t come in decaf. She rushed me through the order after everything I said she just kept responding is that all you can pull around. Gave me a shakin espresso instead of a cold brew with brown sugar. Aaand to top it all off while I was ordering one of the other employees came out the back door and threw up right next to the drive thru speaker.

  The manager was nice to try to fix my order but the workers were not so nice at all. I called the store before I came and I was told that my order would be made since they were closed on Sunday because of the snow. I put an order in on Sunday money was taken through the mobile app. So I originally called Dunkin’s customer service they told me to wait two business days to hear back from the store. Waited two days went by I called customer service again on the second day I was told again that they’re waiting to hear back from the store because the order was to big of a price to refund and the store would have to. They suggested I call the store. So that’s what I did on the third day I called the store and was told they could make the order. Get there the manager wasn’t there yet. So they told me to come inside. So I did that and the workers started to give me an attitude and I said I’ll just wait for the manager. I didn’t like how the male worker was twisting my words and came at me aggressively. So I said I’ll just wait. Soon as the manager came back she was nice but I could hear the male yelling in the back and twisting my words up. He kept saying I said it’s going to take three days from customer service when I said I waited for three days and called customer service and they told me to contact the store myself and so I did. As the manager stayed professional the other workers did not. I could also hear another in the back complaining about making the hash browns. So I said to the manager if there’s a problem and no one wants to make it I would like my money back. And she said no it’s not and remained kind and professional. As I got home I found hair in my food so I will not be going back unfortunately.
