Worse, the drive-thru worker took my card completely out of sight and made a suspicious swiping motion with it. When I confronted them about, they flat-out denied it, despite me watching them do it. Save your money and go to a different Dunkin'. This location is hands down the worst.

The cloud latte had oreo crumble on it, which I cannot eat as I have a gluten allergy. I didn’t make a fuss as I can just scrape it off the top. When I got home and bit into the egg bites, it very obviously had freezer burn, tasted rotten, and was expired. I emailed customer service requesting a refund to my Dunkin account or a gift card and was offered a free sandwich voucher. I told them I did not want the sandwich as I have an allergy and could not eat them. They then advised me to come in person to be issued a refund, which I declined as I know they have the ability to credit the Dunkin account or send an e-gift card. This location used to be my absolute favorite but the staff and quality control on their food has gone completely downhill. As someone who used to work at a Dunkin location, I would not recommend.

I stop here occasionally if I’m running late and can’t get my regular Dunkin on the way to work and without fail, this Dunkin messes every drink order up. It doesn’t matter what you get, it will taste either burnt, or like it wasn’t mixed properly. I have just veto’d getting coffee when I’m late, because stopping here would be more of a punishment than not having coffee at all. 😂

She rushed me through the order after everything I said she just kept responding is that all you can pull around. Gave me a shakin espresso instead of a cold brew with brown sugar. Aaand to top it all off while I was ordering one of the other employees came out the back door and threw up right next to the drive thru speaker.
