    i go to this location frequently but the last two times my guac came out brown. i want to know how yall think this is ok to send out. Is quality control non existent? do yall not make new batches everyday?

    Just moved to the area, I stopped in on three different occasions, first was no chips available although they make them from scratch and could have stocked up the day before, 2nd was no lettuce, 3rd was no vegetables and it smells horrible in there every time. I expect a veggie bowl with veggies and lettuce with a side of chips every time I choose to spend money at chipotle. I left the 2nd time and went to my usual chipotle (Deptford, Voorhees, Barrington) my 3rd time I went to WINGSTOP and from the moment you walk in they greet you nicely and wing stop smells so much better. I will never walk in Blackwood’s Chipotle ever again they are unprofessional, young minded and not cleanly with no pride in their job. If you are there walk over to Wing Stop and see the difference in staff, cleanliness, and quality.

    They give out half portions and made me pay for double when it was really the regular portion...food was good service was bad when I asked about the portion size.

    Go here alot usually never an issue.. today i went got my order and sat in the front where there is almost like bar seating.. the whole entire place is open.. not crowded at all.. an employee i guess on break comes up ... blasting music thru a hand held jbl speaker and sits directly next to me in a completely empty restaurant.. blaring obnoxiously loud Spanish music eating his meal.. i got up and left.. very unprofessional and just annoying and rude... people really have no brain cells left anymore..what emolyee holds a hand held speaker and blasts music in there place of work.. at a public restaurant ??
