- JCJayy CSep 18, 20261.0This is now the third time I have ordered a steak burrito and it was a completely different meat and it was way too spicy to eat. Had to throw it out. $30 down the drain. On top of that I was given a broken bag with things spilling out of it. I said to the lady in the drive through “oh it’s broken and spilling out” and she responded with “have a good day”, and closed the window so I had to carry everything to my home individually. Please save yourself the trouble and go to literally ANY other location. My phone number and email are given every time I order, if it was a problem of being out of steak or not having enough i should be contacted instead of substituting or replacing the meat by yourselves. I have wasted too much money at this place for crappy service and a lack of care.

Also my veggie bowl with gauc, queso and sofritas in it with tortilla on the side was $17!! At every other location I always pay $13.

Until this place gets new employees I won’t be back!
