This morning’s experience was unusually disorganized. The second line had a car waiting who had not placed their orders and myself, yet staff continued going to the first line to take orders from newly arriving customers. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes. More concerning was the handling of customers’ dogs. I observed staff members petting and kissing dogs inside vehicles on two separate occasions—one in the first line under the car cover and another vehicle directly in front of me. Afterward, I did not see any handwashing, hand sanitizer, or other sanitation measures being used before staff continued assisting customers. Overall, the lack of organization combined with the hygiene concerns made for a very unsettling experience this morning, especially since this is not what I normally expect from this location.

I had a great experience at 7 brew today. Erik introduced me to the new seasonal flavors and was sooo pleasant. I also loved the music and atmosphere. I’ll be back again soon

The person who served me was very nice. The drink was made AMAZINGLY. Kudos to the person who made it. I asked for extra flavoring and was given just that. I was able to taste more flavor than seltzer which was great. Made the drink taste less watered down.

Everyone working at this 7brew is delightful. They're all so sweet and genuinely make my mornings. Natasha especially, I really appreciate when workers go out of their way to converse with their customers. I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. 10/10. I drive an hour to get there simply because the coffee is banging, but the staff is better.
