  What ive been noticing the past few times ive gone to this location is how bad its gotten. The lack of training on the new cashiers from basic "Hi How Are You" and customer engagement has gone down. And one of my biggest issues is that when I went there you had 4 employees crowd the front desk while the one cashier had a line and the fact the store manager was there and didn't notice is just jarring to me. If you have roughly 6 employees up at the front including one DUG and one cashier the others should be stocking , cleaning , checking dates otherwise why are they there.

  I’ve already left a review in the past but I’ll leave another one. Clayton and Franklinville have a big issue with this acme location. Every SINGLE time I go here, I buy something that’s spoiled or moldy. Yesterday, JUST yesterday, I bought Thomas bagels that say they expire on the 30th. They were moldy in spots I couldn’t see when I picked them out. I bought yogurt here, got home and it was open already. Same with cream cheese. Got home and the foil was open with moldy cream cheese. I’ve bought onions here that look perfectly normal, get home and cut it to find it rancid. Do you know how long onions have to sit before they go bad? The bagels are what led me to leave a new review. This is so ridiculous. Either run this store properly or CLOSE IT. I should not have a spoiled, rotten, or moldy item EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in here.

  No charged riding carts for handicapped customers for the second time in a row.. They apparently keep the neworel locked up and got it for me a few weeks ago when I asked for help, but no older store personnel were around to ask it help without walking at a distance and the young girl outside straightening up the carts seemed pretty verbal when I told her I had to leave without stuff not used I can't stand long enough with serious spine issues and need a riding cart but kone were charged so I had to leave and go elsewhere. Syc turned and walked away dazed and unfazed. Where has American customer service gone? Sad the texting only Gen Z's can't or won't converse verbally nor respond nor help desperate, disabled customers, but the lovely, high-end Washington Twp Acme lost my sale and ShopRite of Glassboro with its several charged carts, its friendly deli staff who conversed with me joyfully, introducing themselves and bringing my order to me in my mobility cart, and the kind young woman checker who took my state tax off as a charity for rescue animals immediately and expertly without fanfare got my business and thanks instead.
