  Abby is Great! Her customer service skills are on point. She was patient with all my questions I did not feel rushed and she recommended items based on my questions very nice ten out of ten!

  Jason went above and beyond the normal level of service. I ordered from my app and sat in the dining room to wait and he came over and asked what my order was and brought me my soda wile I waited. It was nice to see I mattered and was not forgotten.

  I mean you can never really go wrong with smash burger ya know . However the reason for the review is more about the very lovely gentleman that took my order. Jason C was very pleasant to have take my order and was one heck of a salesman and was able to convince me to get tater tots which I was totally unaware they had. He also made sure to include the rest of his coworkers in his “leave us a review” speech. A true team player. The world could use more Jason Cs

  I went to the Smashburger location in Clark New Jersey this afternoon trying to order two kids cheeseburgers. I mean Emt works during the pandemic and currently still serve as a nationally registered Emt. There was a sign on the door saying that they had a 25% off promotion for all local first responders, which includes myself. I placed my order showed my Emt license and the employee pretended to put in a discount code. After payment, I then asked the employee if the discount code was included and she rudely flipped out and said it wasn’t available on the register. I proceeded to go outside and take a picture of the sign on the door. I went inside and showed the employee saying next time so no one else gets confused. This is the sign on your door. I’m not requesting a refund today. I’m trying to be nice. I said in a very friendly manner with plenty of witnesses. The employee, Deanna went into the back and started screaming about the incident to a manager. At that point food cannot be trusted as she’s spitting screaming. In front of plenty of customers making myself very uncomfortable. I asked to talk to the manager, which was then responded with more screaming. I waited 19 minutes and two seconds to talk to the manager. At this point, I asked another employee if I could have a refund for my meal as I would be leaving the store. This took yet another couple minutes. I am totally disgusted with this experience. I would like Deanna fired and Sara the manager under probation. I didn’t get an apology from a single person!
