  I had never been to 7 Brew before and was excited to finally try it. I had hoped to check it out during their preopening period and even kept hoping they’d visit my workplace, but that never happened. Since they had just opened a few days ago, I decided to go later at night to avoid the rush because I knew I’d need a little extra time figuring out the menu. Unfortunately, my excitement faded pretty quickly. I told the employee it was my first time visiting and that I’d never had 7 Brew before. She asked if I had a phone number with them, and I explained I didn’t since I had never been there. She then asked what I wanted, and I said honestly I wasn’t sure because I was unfamiliar with the menu. When I asked questions, I didn’t feel very guided through the experience. I asked about the difference between a Frozen Chiller and a Freeze because I assumed one was more like a slushy, but I was told they were basically the same except one had more ice. I also noticed the menu only listed drinks and not prices, which made ordering feel a little confusing. I ordered a large lemonade and wanted to try a large Sweet & Salty, but since I don’t like white chocolate, I asked if dark chocolate could be substituted and was offered a Blondie instead. In the end, my total came to about $15 for two large drinks before tip, and I wasn’t given a receipt. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a more welcoming and informative experience.

  Such amazing customer service! I went during the day and the workers greeted me with bright smiles on their faces. One worker in particular, Mishree, greeted me with such enthusiasm and excitement I could not begin to explain. She helped me navigate the large menu and recommended me the Tikki Tango Mango Smoothie and it was so so so good. Even though the workers are outside for what i’m assuming hours, they still have bright smiles on their faces. I’ve went this week during the free small drinks during certain hours and the lines are sort of long. Even though the workers have to manage multiple orders at a time, by the time you make it to the end of the line by the register your drink is ready. These workers work fast and efficiently. They work fast to put drinks out while still ensuring the quality of the drinks is up to par. Plus their chai and crème brulee latte is really good.

  I Love this coffee shop! From the day the team stopped by my business Naturally by Lori B. and introduced themselves with complimentary coffees, I’ve been hooked. The coffee actually tastes like real coffee, not burnt watered down coffee, my 4yr old loved her non caffeinated refresher...AND the quality is consistently great every single time! Today, I drove over to grab some iced coffees for my employee & I. Becca was my drive through server & was absolutely amazing! She took my order, was so friendly, patient & genuinely kind. Honestly, every experience I’ve had at 7Brew in Clark has been outstanding. What really sets Seven Brew apart, though, are the people. The staff is always upbeat, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. They’re fantastic with recommendations and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. No matter how busy the line is, they keep things moving while still making customers feel valued. Thank you, Becca & Ken for your excellent service! A very special thank you to the entire 7 Brew team for always being so welcoming and wonderful. You all have created something special and it definitely keeps me coming back!

  I visited the day after official grand opening. I know this corner well and was wondering how the flow of traffic was going to be in and out of the shops lot. Surprisingly, the flow wasn’t too bad considering there was only one way in and out. Three drive thru lanes. It was crowded but line moved fairly well. Ordered a large sugar free iced Blondie. Figured I would try their signature drink first and it didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to trying other drinks at this location.

  Honestly the most disappointing experience after being so excited for this to open. We ordered three drinks for $23 EVERY SINGLE DRINK WAS WRONG. Two of these drinks were smoothies and literally the texture of soup! Told the cashier they were wrong and all she said was “sorry we’re rushing” and gave us stickers. Will not be returning we trashed every drink. Waste of money! If someone ask for strawberry puree at the bottom of a cup why would you blend it into the smoothie? This location needs some training because absolutely not! We were given a cups of milk basically. In a rush to get people through the line so you make terrible drinks thats unacceptable. If i tell you my drink isn’t right remake it. Don’t just take it back and add whipped cream on top. Haven't seen one pina colada smoothie online that looks like a cup of watered down strawberry milk. I could see one drink being poor quality but THREE!
