  My boyfriend and I come frequently to enjoy a select few drinks we really love. We started coming since the first day of opening and I'm sorry to say we just had one of the worst experiences. I wanna start by saying the flavor alway over rides how bad the experience is normally but this time we encountered terrible service and low grade quality of coffee. Employees no longer inform me if I had a reward available or they don't know where that feature is on their iPad. Today the employee told me I had no rewards when I actually did lol. The lids are 85% of the time not secure and will spill down the front of my clothes, and if it's not that, its the cup being wet and sticky from the rag they wipe 100 other cups with. Boyfriend got a smooth screen but in the end received a sad seven, paid for cold foam we didn't get and the flavor was so full and watery honestly. Really sad for them.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally got a chance to check out 7 Brew and went with the Blondie with milk and sugar. I wasn’t looking for anything too sweet, and this definitely hit the spot. The Blondie had a nice smooth coffee flavor with just enough sweetness without going overboard. The milk helped balance everything out, and overall it was really easy to drink. I’d definitely order it again. If you’re looking for something smooth, flavorful, and sweet without feeling like you’re drinking dessert, the Blondie is a solid choice. First visit was a success. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other drinks on the menu. Grade A!

  The first couple of times I went here after they opened I had a good experience — staff were polite and the drinks were good and what I asked for. The last three times I went I ordered the exact same drink and each time got a different looking drink back. Off in color or sometimes consistency compared to the first time I went (I order brunette chillers). The most recent time I visited and ordered two brunette chillers they mistakenly gave me a blonde, no problem I point out that it doesn’t look like my order, the cashier asks if I’ve ordered it before with almond milk, yes I have color is off, she consults the baristas and says they accidentally gave me a blondie and that they’re going to remake it, we chit chat while I wait, they gave me what looks like a half blonde and half brunette chiller. I clearly notice this but I leave it alone, I figure it will probably still taste good — it doesn’t, not to my taste. I won’t be coming back, unfortunate because the drinks were good the first couple of times I had them but unless consistency and quality are fixed it’s not worth my money going forward. (And both photos posted do not look like what it did the first time.)

  2nd time here and still was a bit hectic. Which i get it…there isnt many 7 brew locations around here so of course i expect that. Besides that drinks are ok. Well today we ordered a shake and not even a few sips in. We found a hair in it. Very disgusting. I do think that being a food service place that hair nets should be part of the uniform. The inside where the drinks are made is so small and there are multiple workers inside so stuff is probably flying everywhere. I am completely grossed out so will not be returning back ever. And no i didn’t go back for a refund. Just not worth the wait in the long lines.

  Know what you want before you pull into the Drive - Thru! is truly what I wish someone would've told me. It is one of the most customizable if not the most customizable drink spot in New Jersey. We pulled in and its chick-fil-a style, people standing outside walk up to your car and place your order with them. The employees are all very kind and sweet. It's just a busy place so you dont have much time to look at the menu I never saw one just had to look on my phone real quick. They didn't blend my Island Dream Frozen Lemonade Refresher, it was just normal lemonade with the syrups. Wish I thought thru my order better cause there was stuff I wanted and didn't think of until after! Like an orange vanilla dirty soda woulda slapped! The drinks we did get were decent, definitely sweet. I had no idea there was sugar free options I didn't even see the menu like we pulled in and so many people pulled In after us you def feel pressured to order quickly. so for next time I will figure out my order before I pull in to the actual drive thru. Would come back and try a coffee as well.
