  I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s App for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and I couldn’t get inside 548 pm 5/2 . There was no clear signage or communication indicating the lobby was closed, which made the experience frustrating and confusing. If mobile orders are going to be accepted for in-store pickup, the lobby should be accessible both doors , or there should be clear instructions on what to do instead. I ended up wasting time in the long drive through lane

  Came out of work to get my family food it was 11:20pm I wasn’t aware they where closing the fries smelled like bad oil I spent 46.15 for this nasty food I went back around and they just looked at me I couldn’t even get a refund we need to do better people work hard to get money to spend money to buy food and I had to trash everything it was disgraceful I also left a voice mail to see if they would even acknowledge me

  It's now been three times that I've gone that they haven't had coffee in the evening.... Makes it difficult for night workers when I thought McDonald's usually had coffee at least until 11:00 p.m. Now I've gone during the day and I had to wait 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee at 3:00 in the afternoon

  Due to holidays, I've been here more then I'd like to admit. 4xs in last two weeks and not one of those orders were correct. When you call (we do drive thru) it just rings and rings. Not great to spend money and not get what you order. Is there any quality control here? No more stops at this location.
