  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived at the restaurant at the exact time I received the text notification stating that my online order was ready for pickup. I went to the pickup area, gave the employee my name, and was told my order was not on the shelf. After checking multiple times, I showed the employee the text message that had been sent just one minute earlier confirming my order was ready. I was then told that someone else with the same name must have taken my order, despite the fact that I had arrived immediately after receiving the notification. I was informed that my order would need to be remade, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait. One employee, who was cleaning the dining room rather than working on the food line, came outside to apologize and told me this was a common occurrence. She was kind, checked on me, and personally brought my order to my car when it was finally ready. She was the only employee who demonstrated genuine concern for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When I arrived home, three of the four meals were incorrect. My salad ticket had been cut off, omitting the entire first line that identified it as a salad with protein and rice. Instead, I received only beans, fajita vegetables, cheese, and salsa in a bowl. My daughter's bowl was missing the guacamole we paid for and contained very little protein. My son's order was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla but was instead made with the spicy chipotle honey chicken. I immediately called the restaurant, hoping they could correct the mistakes before I had to make another trip. No one answered the phone. As a result, I had to drive back to the restaurant to have my salad remade. I showed the staff how the ticket had been cut off, causing the error, and explained the additional mistakes with the other two meals. Despite this being the third time my order had been remade, there was no offer to correct the other items, no apology beyond the initial employee, and no effort to make the situation right. I requested a refund due to the repeated errors and significant inconvenience. I was told they could not process a refund because it was an online order and that I would have to handle it myself online. To add to the poor experience, I was even instructed to throw away my own incorrect meal in the dining room instead of the employee simply disposing of it behind the counter. From the time I arrived to pick up what was supposed to be a ready order until I was finally able to eat, more than an hour and ten minutes had passed. What should have been a quick pickup turned into multiple trips, repeated mistakes, wasted time, and a complete lack of ownership or customer care

  The Chipotle in Cinnaminson has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman who appeared to be the manager or owner was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, she came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The food wasn’t enough to make up for such a negative experience. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately, this location failed on that front. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

  These stupid idiots sent me the wrong order when I ordered from DoorDash it literally has somebody else’s name on it like how hard can it be you don’t need to know English to see that two things don't match and then they refuse to answer their phone when I call to complain so they get this review

  The guy who prepared my order this evening was very nice and professional. He advised the cashier I only ordered a chicken bowl. The cashier, with hearts in his eyes replied asking if I ordered Guacamole and chips. The answer was hard no and I was still charged. The cashier never explained he over charged me. He starts speaking in Spanish to another staff member for a few minutes before advising me what happened. I should have requested a full refund for this unnecessary mistake. Pay attention! Stop flirting with other staff and overcharging customers while you’re doing it. Huge mistake that didn’t have to happen.
