  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Taco Bell located at 512 Haddonfield Rd. I will start by acknowledging that I made the mistake of going to the wrong Taco Bell location. That part is on me. However, the way the situation was handled by this team was unacceptable. I walked in, gave my name, and was asked to wait. I patiently stood there for approximately 20 minutes with no updates, no acknowledgement, and no one checking to see why I was still waiting. I only got an answer after I finally had to speak up. Once I brought up the issue, instead of one employee simply looking into it and taking ownership, it turned into a group huddle involving three employees and a manager. What should have been a simple customer service conversation became multiple employees discussing and arguing the situation rather than addressing the customer standing in front of them. I showed the employee my phone with the order information, but the response I received was, “You have to cancel and reorder.” Mistakes happen. Customers understand that. What matters is how a business handles those moments. This interaction showed a lack of communication, ownership, and customer focus. Because of this experience, I had to leave, drive another 15 minutes to the correct location, and deal with cold food after an already frustrating situation. Which I was perfectly fine with because the hospitality the store who didn’t ruin my expierence made it up 2 fold for them. I would strongly recommend visiting another Taco Bell location. I know I personally will drive farther to avoid returning here.

  HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! AVOID BUYING HERE I GOT NACHO FRIES THEY GAVE IT TO ME COLD AND IT TASTE LIKE TRASH SO WHEN I WENT INSIDE AND REPORTED THERE EMPLOYEES LAUGHED LIKE THEY KNEW THEY WERE GIVING ME TRASH FOOD!!!!!THIS WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION FOOD BAD AND EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE

  It's a sugar with good food, but bad service. You have to wait a long time, especially at night on the drive tru, which I do not understand, many people in the cosina and the line are not moving forward. It's frustrating.

  They did not get the order right at all and this is the worse Taco Bell ever . I waited 30 minutes for them to have my order wrong . Highly disappointed with their service
