  Taco Bell and other chains are setting restaurants up for faliure with app ordering — ordered a head and the line was so far wrapped around the building I couldn’t even get in. I had to go inside and cancel the drive thru pick up and redo the order and the lobby was filled with annoyed customers waiting for orders.

  “Demon” aka Joshua is a loose cannon and shouldn’t be employed. When we pulled into the drive thru he was screaming profanities at the car in front of us. He came out the side door and was yelling at them. We thought it was funny if I’m being honest but then he proceeded to mess our order up entirely. We ordered a Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla and received a steak grilled cheese burrito. We ordered a Crispy Cantina Chicken Taco and received an extra Doritos Locos Taco as well as an extra Nacho Fry. Also, never received the crunch wrap we ordered. We received no cheese for the fries, after a very quick look in the bag we realized this and went back through the drive thru to get our cheese. We left and were satisfied, but 5 minutes down the road we realized we had the entire wrong order. After turning around and coming back through the drive thru we were met with accusations that we were lying. Demon wouldn’t “Sacrifice his standards and the stores standards” after he obviously forgot to check our bag. Just a terrible experience and I don’t think I will ever visit this taco bell again. Should be ashamed to employee such individuals.

  Stopped late at night (2:30am) with a large vehicle that wouldn't fit through drive through. My group walked to the window (15 people). They were given a nasty rejection. Very disrespectful. While other places with locked doors, for safety, except this practice, they clearly had no interest in customer service. Hence, no takeout, no fun.

  The service was good but the food was retrieved. Worst tb I've ever had honestly. Food was stopped together. Burrito and crunch wrap were soggy.
