- FRFrank RapposelliJul 25, 20261.02nd order that was not correct and will be my last.Ordered through Door Dash ,not sure if they’re the problem .Roast Beef Hoagie asked for Mayo it came dry ,didn’t want Oregano it was smothered in it .Not sure if the roll was supposed to be hard but seemed stale .I hate to complain on these reviews as I’ve been self employed most of my life but this is rediculous

Since i was driving and nearby, i Stopped into the place to order in person which only took me 5 minutes to get there. I was expecting it to be busy because I couldn't order on the phone but no one was there. The girl was very nice at the counter but I have no idea why I was put on hold twice and no one ever came back on, it wasn't busy at all!!!!

I am injured and getting this for work, asked them to add hoagies to a tray, and they told me no. Every othet location does it fine. Not returning!
- GSGreg SMay 6, 20251.0I called the place an order on Monday, a preferred member. The hoagies were on special. I called. A girl answered put me on hold hung up on me. Five times. I’ve had problems before rude people with this location, but I liked her food so I go back well not this time. I am never stepping foot in that restaurant again. They’re disgrace to Primos if you’re gonna run a special least honor them, not hang up and act like you don’t one of my business. I went down the street to Jersey Mike’s excellent and a hoagie like I said never again !
