The issue seems obvious—Order Ahead is clogging the system and in-store customers are paying the price. Everyone around me was frustrated, watching their entire lunch break slip away. If you’re going to prioritize online orders, there needs to be a better balance. This isn’t sustainable for people trying to grab lunch in person.
