  Not great service. They got our order wrong twice. Might have been overcharged. Didn't feel like dealing. Menu-list not in sight. Confusing experience. K&A Bagle much better but we realized when we arrived it was closed on Mondays. Never settle. We won't go back!

  My Favorite Sandwich! 🥑🥚 The Avocado Egg White sandwich with Asiago bread, toasted and buttered is definitely my favorite sandwich! I always order it without any sauce or condiments. I love it because the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The combination of avocado, egg, and toasted Asiago bread is simply delicious. The bread is perfectly toasted, and all the flavors go together beautifully. I also want to mention how much I appreciate the way everyone at this location treats me. The entire team is always so kind, caring, and welcoming. They always make me feel special and appreciated every time I visit. The sandwich is delicious, but the wonderful service makes the experience even better. I absolutely love this sandwich and this location! 🩷

  We usually drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location because we had an awful experience here a few months ago. Didn’t feel like driving so rode our bikes to this location to give them one more shot ! 47 minutes to get two bagel sandwiches and a plain bagel with cream cheese! What an absolutely poorly ran business ! Pork roll was burnt on the bagel sandwiches as well ! Back to the further location for good now Edit : sent email to address below as recommended by the owner and never heard anything back !

  Attention to detail and a customer service mindset are sorely lacking at this Manhattan Bagel location: yesterday my wife and I ordered cheese on our egg sandwiches, with my bagel toasted. We didn't discover until we were back on the road that neither sandwich had cheese, and that my bagel was not toasted. Additionally, while we were at the store, we placed an order for a baker's dozen bagels for pickup this morning. Given our experience with our sandwiches I should have known better, but I didn't check on whether they fulfilled the order correctly. SURPRISE! sure enough, they not only got the order wrong, they shorted us a bagel! Upon calling the store and speaking to a manager (Oona or Purna), instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution she suggested I had made a mistake with the order, despite acknowledging Manhattan Bagel had shorted the order (because I gave her the count of what was actually in the bag). Despite the fact that the bagels aren't terrible, it seems that poor customer service and execution at Manhattan Bagel is a feature and not a bug. Here's a thought for the owners: 1. Read your reviews 2. Take the reviews as constructive criticism 3. Retrain your employees
