  Amazing experience. My daughter age 2 dropped her ice cream and he happily replaced it for me. Great service & wonderfully yummy ice cream.

  My husband and I were going to get an ice cream here today as we do every July 4th and the two workers were staring and laughing in my direction and looked right at me making me think some thing was funny about me. Made for a very uncomfortable experience. They noticed I saw them laughing and then they were staring and quickly wiped their weird little grins off their faces. You already made a bad experience in the mall worse. Hire different people Haagen-Daz not immature child like adults. Just a bad experience in Cherry Hill today. Went right up the hall to a different ice cream spot which was much friendlier and welcoming!

  I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Häagen-Dazs! The store was clean and welcoming, and the ice cream was perfectly fresh and creamy. Prina helped me a lot and provided truly excellent service. She was incredibly patient in helping me choose from all the amazing flavors. Thanks to her, the whole visit was quick and easy! I'll definitely be back for more!
