I took the bag with the hotdog that was separate and I took a bag that had hamburger and fries in it when I took out the hamburger there was another hamburger underneath she told me I took both a hamburger and hotdog got one and I took a hamburger that was in the little bag I have witnesses here that say that didn’t happen that way. I took the hotdog out of the little bag and she’s gonna sit here and argue with me that that’s not the way it happened. I’m the one who took it out of the bag with the witnesses in front of me. She’s outright rude.. And they told me that I was wrong. I know how they came out of the bag. I’m not stupid.

Anyways I ordered a regular fry with my burger and was given a small fry. If I'm paying over $6 for fries then I should get what I paid for. Instead I was given the same amount as everyone else who ordered fries. When I asked was size they got they said a small fry order. The fries are barely covering the bottom of the small bag. Most five guys would fill the small bag between 1/4 and 1/2 of the small bag. I'm never eating there again and I come here a lot for work. I'm also telling my colleagues and friends up here to never go there because they suck.

The staff works quickly and each order was accurate. Shakes are delish and they offer a huge variety! But literally the most $ I've ever paid for a milkshake.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
