- KLKim LOct 7, 20261.0First, early this am around 5am I went in for a bathroom stop. Ended up getting breakfast out of guilt, I guess. I have to stop feeling bad; I paid $15 for 3 items! The egg bites were drier than a desert. The cream cheese in the everything bagel bites was lumpy, clustered together, and dark. Like it blended with the inside of the bagel bite. Maybe because I asked that she toast it? Still. That hasn’t happened at Starbucks with theirs…Later in the day, I go in to possibly try a beverage—see what catches my eye. I first ask for ice water while I decide, anddd she starts to charge me for it. Ok. I asked about the matcha drink, she doesn’t answer me but tries charging me for it instead. I ask the question again. Then to not feel pressured to pay all of this for tap water and a drink that may be too sweet, with a ready to order person behind me, I said I’ll think about it, then went to the restroom quickly. I get a knock, say I’ll be out in a moment. Come out, no one’s there except a few seated customers and these two women behind the counter being awkward and pretending it wasn’t them trolling me. I politely ask “did someone knock?” The older one pushes the younger one, saying she had to go. Clearly lying. I said ok and start to leave because I feel very uncomfortable at this point. As I’m pushing the door to leave, the older female employee goes “so you’re not going to buy anything?” so I calmly said “y’all are weird” as I walked out. Who does that? I’m never coming back to Dunkin for as long as I live. Time after time, I’m seeing why employees of food places are confronted and on camera. I constantly said please and thank you throughout my interaction. Tired of giving these places my money and respect! Never again. Not only was the food quality bad, but so was the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Imagine them trolling the wrong person, and getting cursed at or worse. People need to be more careful of how they treat the general public, especially in this day and age. You just never know who will snap over something like that. Just saying! Do better

It was CLEAR that I was taking a meeting and the staff, especially the guy was EXTREMELY loud at the counter. Unfortunately, it did not stop so I had to abruptly leave with an awkward moment of needing to leave my meeting. I will NEVER go here again. Absolutely inconsiderate. Note: I went back in later because I thought I left my earphones and it was QUIET. I just cannot. Smh.

My food is so dry and old tasting that it was like they just reheated something that they had left. Also, I’m in the service so I tip. But they absolutely stole on your change. I hope you say keep it, but they don’t wanna give it back to you yet while they’re just stalling. Absolute horrible service there
