  I just want to say that they need to hire people who actually want to work and not look so miserable. The lady who rung us up had nothing to say just a head nod and okay stares…she look like she didnt want to be there but i get it we have. our days just gotta work through it 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Hi, I just wanna express a little concern. I just got home from visiting the Haddonfield rd location in cherry hill nj. And I just want to say there are some people working there today who lack customer service skill, once I walked in there was one gentleman in front of me and the worker helped him no problem. Now once he left I waited for about 5 minutes while the girls there held conversation together while looking at me periodically and not saying anything. Then about another minute passes and she finally comes to me and asked how can I help you , I tell her what I want she gets the rice. Meat and beans, we get over to the toppings and she asked if I wanted sauce I said no she closed my bowl I said no maam I want cheese and lettuce. She says didn’t she just say no to the other girl while I coconut bowl with an attitude and proceeds to just throw cheese and lettuce on top so sloppily. Now I have zero energy as I just worked 10 hours in a hotel, cleaning, to argue or even cause a scene so I just shook my head and paid for my food and left. She needs to be spoken too or something bc that was NOT it. I visited 8/6/26 around 3:30pm est.

  Every single time I go to this location, they are always “out” of steak . Every single time. They let me put in online orders for steak then when I go to pick it up, they claim they are out of it. Been to this location at least 6 times and they are always out. Would give zero stars if I could .

  The manger Julian is amazing. He was so kind and helpful when I had certain dietary restrictions. It was honestly the best customer service ive had in years.

  Nasty staff, don’t come this location again, the lady whose serving was making bowl really fast and not even scooping properly. Very very unprofessional, i felt like i am just eating rice and beans. I don’t really remember her name may be Avika. Also this is my last time eating hear , i will go 1 hr far to other chipotle but not this
