  I usually come to this Taco Bell because, in my opinion, it’s the best one. I drive 20 minutes just to eat here, and I always leave satisfied. But TODAY, I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if there was a change in staff, but the people working today clearly aren’t paying attention. They don’t read the order instructions. I placed two separate orders, each with different items and customizations, and absolutely everything was wrong. Every single item was incorrect. I’m so disappointed that I won’t be coming back. That’s one more loyal customer this Taco Bell has lost. I really hope someone from corporate sees this and brings this location back to what it used to be, because today it became just another lousy fast-food restaurant. What a shame.

  If there was possibility to put no stars I would, horrible service, severely understaffed, took 40 minutes for two burritos and one of my friends ordered a steak burrito and it had no steak, and I attach proof, literally just go to the Passaic Taco Bell
