  Service was great and the workers friendly. However, the food was horrific. The strips and fries were not fit for consumption. When I say the grease had not been changed perhaps in weeks, food smelled of rotten, bad, stale, grease. I dare not eat it for fear of becoming sick to the stomach. For the price e of things these days this is unacceptable. What use is a $3.00 menu when the food is disgusting. The mocha frappe they got correct. But everything else I would serve to an animal.

  They just ignored customers. When the food was ready, they didn’t put it on the pickup shelf, i had to ask for it. I waited there for over 15 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready.

  I encountered a manager wjo.seemed she didn't want to be there. Upon initial engagement she had a very did pleasant disposition.. I had just gotten off the bus from an hour long ride and needed to use the bathroom so bad. I asked an African american female assistant manager or manager can I use the bathroom. The bathrooms are locked so they have to buzz you in. I was there on this specific day April 21, 2026 between 8:30-9:00am. and I was at the Haddon and Market Street location in Camden,NJ .So she asked am I a customer I told her I'm going to get a coffee , but I just have to use the bathroom she said okay because if you're not a customer you can't use the bathroom. Furthermore, I told her that's why I told you I was going to order my coffee but I just have to use the bathroom . She looked at me, and it looked as if she rolled her eyes at me and said the door is open and walked away.with a horrible attitude. I understand some people use the bathroom who aren't customers but I was a customer and I told her that I was buying my coffee after I finished using the bathroom.Her tone, her disposition, everything was off and uncalled for and I just wonder why is she a manager if she can't maintain her professionalism with customers.. I won't be going there anymore.

  I was a very late traveler. A friend is in the hospital . I was happy to see the familiar Golden Archs! The service was ok. They were very busy with drive thru. I stopped to charge my phone but that was not possible but I can understand. Thank you.
