- JSJon SebastianMay 2, 20261.0I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews or anything for any business cuz I know it hurts, but so did waiting 19+ minutes for an iced coffee that when I received it tasted like it had so much vanilla syrup still at the bottom and I asked for “ less” and what I was given was a coffee cup, that had a soda cap lid, and literally like no ice in it at all. Not sure how I even had this questionable or bad of a service and experience here considering that it was not even that busy at all and there was just a few people eating inside. Had to wait more than 20 minutes by the time I got back to my car just for an iced coffee, if I knew this I definitely would not have wasted my reward and wanted a bacon biscuit that would’ve taken at most 45 seconds to be made. And I would’ve not wasted 3000 points on a a coffee , that was made with very questionable service, and without any attention to the request about ice. Kindly please rethink the staffing situation. Should not have to consider questioning th staff after 20 minutes havin waited for an iced coffee.
