- LDLee DiamondApr 9, 20261.0Absolutely the worst Dunkin Experienc or any restaurant in experience for that matter . First time visiting the store. Big sign on front door that says restrooms are for customers only! I go in and asked to use the bathroom. Woman behind the counter says she needs to get a key. Man behind the counter says “did he buy anything “? She then says it is for “customers only”. I said I am a customer and will make a purchase when after I use the bathroom. I am in the bathroom for a few minutes and then I hear pounding on the door. Same man who I assume was the manager asked why was I taking so long and that people that use the bathroom for more than a few minutes are usually doing drugs! You can’t make this stuff up. I made my purchase of munchkins and a drink and left. Never would I ever step foot into this establishment ever again!

I specifically came in today asked for half ice. She repeated it back to me, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt I get in my car take two sips and my drink is gone only to find out she filled my cup all the way to the top With ice, I guess it won't be so bad if she seemed friendly when I come in. Then I called three times so I picked up then hung up then picked up and just left the phone. Arthur receiver are paying over six dollars for this drink and at that price. I just want what I asked for.

They always serve old coffee, and the taste is extremely bitter, like it’s been sitting there for hours. Coffee is the main thing Dunkin’ is supposed to be good at, and they can’t even get that right. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s the same disappointment every time. Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
