  I am highly disappointed. I do not like complaining at all . But I have to come here and provide my experience. It’s sad that on a Friday night 7/17 I was feeling awful and my son asked me if he can get wingstop I didn’t want to drive to the other location so I ordered from this wingstop . This is only the second time we were going to try wingstop since the first time experience was 100% better . We got 4 orders of the boneless wings and some fries . Unfortunately my poor baby had his first bad experience with outside food and understood why I prefer eating home made food . The boneless wings were so terrible and hard for his baby teeth . Almost like if they put extra minutes to cook it that it got hardened. I went back and told them the situation nice and peaceful. All I asked the girl was for a refund she got another employee went to the back and came back to tell me I should receive my refund within 3-5 business days . I called after 1 week and they told me it said refunded on the computer to give it a few more days . I called back and no answer . My refund was never refunded and it’s been about 1 month . No one has contacted me at all either . To keep a good business running you need employees who enjoy working as a team to make their shift run smooth and a leader that knows how to handle any type of situation . You never know what people are going thru . Best of luck

  I’ve been coming to this Wingstop since it has opened. It has had its’ up and downs and I’ve had several messed up orders. But the new manager has been doing a great job, and wings are always good! So I keep coming at least once a week!

  Picked up my online order and while in the car back home saw a name Lavonne on it. Went back and started saying to the lady behind the counter "Hey I think you gave me-" and she interrupted me rudely "No it's YOURS!". Lady with neck tattoo was very rude.

  I placed an order and never received my food so i requested a refund which they said that I would get within 3-4 business days but I never received it. It’s been over a week so I called multiple times which I was told that they would text the person who handles refunds and get back to me. I never received a call or got my refund and now the phone number is disconnected so I can’t call anymore. They stole my money and lied to me about getting me my money back don’t eat here.

  Do not order here. I was promised a refund for a cancelled order about 2 and a half weeks ago, inquired about it twice and I still haven’t received it.
