  This place is HORRIBLE!! I ordered my food and was given the wrong order. I tried to call the place to handle the issue and they wouldn’t answer. I rate this place a -3/10 don’t go to this location.

  This place SUCKSS I wait for my food, paid then was given the complete wrong meal, tried to call and they did not answer multiple times EDIT: I just had to come back and complain again… I had a very long terrible day and just wanted this McDouble meal, customized the burger and everything, I ate a few fries and went home… once I checked my bag and saw there were no nuggets I was already irritated. Then I noticed my burger wasn’t even there… this place not only ruined my meal but ruined my happiness forever… I hate McDonald’s and will not be coming back. (I took a bite of the McChicken they gave me because I was not going to waste my money and it was old and nasty…. Never again…. Atleast they gave me my Dr Pepper)

  I usually only eat McDonald’s when traveling outside the United States. I decided to go and try the Big Arch Burger. What I go was a Big Mess Burger. When you bite into the burger the patties slide out the back. The onions and lettuce all fall off the burger. You have sauce all over your fingers and a big mess. I hate when my food makes a mess like that. The burger was tasty, but I wouldn’t order it again just because of the mess it makes. Usually people eat in their cars on lunch break, and to eat a mess like that having your fingers smelling like special sauce just isn’t worth it for me. If you do order it ask for extra napkins. It’s worth trying it, but I’ll stick with my Double Cheeseburger plain with Ketchup mustard and extra cheese.
