I do not eat meat, I drive away went to work and there is back all in my sandwich . The phone number doesn’t even work for this location. I am upset because these people NEVER listen at all and the man even tried arguing with me about white cheddar being the same as American cheese. Like if I want white cheddar that’s what want . I’m so pissed what a waste of money

- DADijha AllenJun 19, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location this week. After purchasing an item, I asked to use the restroom. I was given a key but was told I could only use the men’s restroom, despite there being both a men’s and women’s restroom available. When I entered the restroom, I was shocked by how dirty it was. It was honestly one of the filthiest public restrooms I have ever seen. If I hadn’t needed to use the bathroom so urgently, I would have left without using it. The condition of the restroom was completely unacceptable. As soon as I came out, I politely informed an employee about how dirty the restroom was. To my surprise, she began smiling while I was expressing my concern. I was confused and asked why she was smiling because there was nothing funny about the situation. I explained that the restroom was disgusting and asked if she knew how long it had been since it was last cleaned. She offered no real response and continued to smirk. Another employee overheard the conversation and joined in. Rather than taking the concern seriously, she was also smiling. I again explained that the condition of the restroom was unacceptable. One employee tried to blame customers, but regardless of how the mess occurred, it is the responsibility of the business to regularly check and maintain its restrooms. What was most upsetting was not only the condition of the restroom, but the dismissive reaction to a legitimate customer concern. A restroom in that condition should never be available for customer use, and concerns about cleanliness should be treated seriously and professionally. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness issues and the customer service concerns so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
