- ALAnna LovingAug 17, 20261.0I was reminded today of my latest Primo experience. I had to order from a different place because last time I ordered from Primo, there was plastic wrapping shredded up in my sandwich. It was like a very thick hair in my mouth. I took that out, and kept getting more w/ each bite! I left a review on their app, and never heard back from them. No acknowledgement, no coupon for next time, or a discount off of the order (I odered a few that day). So my recommendation is don't go to Primo or Subway, stick w/ Jeresy Mike's.

I’m primarily a Burlington City NJ customer and checked out the online menu and saw that Primo now has Philly cheese steak with cooper sharp cheese!! Then found out it’s available at the Rt.38 Mt. Laurel location, but not the Burlington City NJ location. Don’t understand that at all , but I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Mt. Laurel NJ.
