  I had a wonderful experience at CAVA in East Brunswick, and I especially want to recognize Keaira for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. What stood out most was that Keaira went above and beyond what was expected of her to make sure I was taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism felt genuine, and she made me feel valued as a customer. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in helping others. Keaira is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Keaira, for making my experience at CAVA a memorable one. Your effort and kindness were truly appreciated!

  I had an excellent customer experience at Cava! The team was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and the store was very clean. Would highly recommend a visit to this location!!

  This was my first time here and I placed my order online then picked it up so I can't say much about the dine in experience yet. However, I can say that the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff I interacted with were friendly and nice to me. I have nothing bad to say about the place except that it can get a bit pricey depending on what you order. I ordered the braised lamb bowl because I wanted to try something different and it was flavorful and the meat was tender and not overcooked or undercooked. It was good and I will go back again to try other bowls as well. I recommend you try CAVA at least once because it was pretty good food. I kinda get a Qdoba,and Chipotle, vibe from here because the concept is the same but the food is a bit different but has been of quality thus far. Food quality was fresh when I was there around 11 AM and I enjoyed my meal. The 21$ or so for my bowl and side was a bit pricey but I did get the lamb and an extra side so I guess 20-21 dollars or so for lunch is kind of common practice nowadays, hopefully that changes one day or in the meantime, I'll stick to a cheaper alternative or bring my own lunch moving forward. Aside from that, when I walked into CAVA, the environment was calm and I was greeted professionally and staff were friendly so for a nice interaction with staff and good food, I will be a return customer but not on a daily basis because I don't want to go broke hah. To each is own though. Give them a try. 👍
