  I already love CAVA because the food is so good, but the service was amazing! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Please give them a raise for making customers feels so welcomed!

  This is by far one of the best Cava's I have went to. I tried the Crunchy Falafel. Food was good and they gave reasonable portions. Kiara went around to check in on guests, which made the environment that more welcoming. This will be my new location!

  This is the best cava I’ve ever had in my life! Izzy and Sara were the best and made everything so easy for me to order and suggested great items for me.

  Do not order on mobile order, or DoorDash. The point of mobile order especially , is to get it done first in a timely manor so that when you walk in your order is done. We order 30-40 minutes in advance and it’s still not done. It’s very frustrating. The employees see you waiting for the mobile order and still continue making orders for those in person in line first. They then proceed to tell you to continue waiting and offer you a free small drink. I don’t want a drink, I would kindly like my order made in time and. This is the 10x time this has happened to us we order from CAVA a lot. Save yourself the hassle and order in person. Do not order on door dash the portions on door dash are awful.

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at Cava in East Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, June 18, 2026 around 9:20p. I visited later in the evening, and several food selections were already unavailable, which limited my options. While I understand that availability can decrease as the day goes on, I was more disappointed by the customer service I received. After my order was prepared as I was about to pay for the order, I asked the cashier how many dips came with each bowl and was told that each bowl included two dips. Since I purchased two bowls, I expected four dips. When I asked how many dips were in my bag, the cashier checked and informed me there were only three. I was preparing to politely request the missing dip when the employee who had prepared the dips abruptly tossed another dip on the counter without asking which dip I preferred. Her manner came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel like my question was an inconvenience rather than a reasonable customer inquiry. At that point, I was irritated by the interaction and decided it was best to leave rather than continue the discussion. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in both areas. I hope management addresses the service issues and ensures that customers are treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the time of day. And to add more insult to injury as I purchased fountain drinks several of the drink dispensers were either out of drinks or the dispensing mechanisms were clogged bc the were coming out too slowly.
