- CAcrystal AldanaSep 4, 20262.0I go to this Dunkin often because it’s the one closest to my house. However, the coffee is always a hit or miss. 75% of the time the lattes are never made right. It’s like they skip adding the flavored syrup and just do milk and espresso. It’s pretty frustrating when a latte can cost close to $7.00. Pretty disappointing to spend money on a coffee that you end up having to throw away or remake yourself at home. Again I went today and they handed me a pumpkin spice latte with milk and espresso no hint of pumpkin flavor at all. The staff are okay, some are friendly and many seem really depressed to be there. I hate being that person to write a bad review but I do think they need better training , I make coffees at home in my spare time and it’s not that “difficult”. I do sympathize however because I understand it can get really busy.

If you don't have the means of supporting online orders don't bother to offer. There are plenty of competitors with better coffee. Dunkin is not convienent, nor is the coffee worth the money.
