  The worst grocery store in my book. I would rather go 25 minutes out of town than shop here. I placed an order for delivery and they couldnt even complete it for the day it was supposed to be delivered just for them to reschedule it for the next morning, and still have it not show up hours later. Then they say its not showing up in their system. I had to end up calling corporate for them to cancel it. Don't bother offering delivery if you can't even do your jobs and deliver!!!

  Very upset that shelves had no stuffed shells in any brand. When I told an associate was advised others had complained. Not sure if short staffed but had to drive to Walmart 20 minutes away!

  Genuinely horrifying how they treat their customers. The place is mess, there is never any carts. They dont get rid of out of date food and they treat their customers like garbage. Staff is never available the people at the front desk are always hiding and I've heard many of them often insulting the staff under them. Often using vulgar language. Every time that orange haired kid is here, the store becomes filthy and there are no carts. Not to mention how rude he is. I asked him for assistance and he brushed me off as if i wasnt there. I'd report him, but everything I see him he is either not wearing a name tag or hiding it. Im an old guy I need a shopping cart. Furthermore, they only have 1 electric cart so its is always being used. They used to have 5 ot 6 of them, what happened? Not that id qant to use it. It makes strange noises and it is also never cleaned. The place is filthy cracks in the floor, mismatched tiles and dirt everywhere and dont even get me started on the smells. The food is often expired and left on the shelf. The prices are always somehow 10x higher than they say on the shelf. Hopefully with that new grocery outlet being built ACME will finally be shut down. I will certainly never be coming back here. I really didnt want it to come to this, I've been going to ACME for almost my whole life now, but this place is beyond saving. I asked around, the rude staff members name is Aiden. Not that it matters, much. A place willing to hire people like that is not worth my time.
