- ADAlec DolenteDec 8, 20251.0Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. If you enjoy hanging out your car to grab your coffee this is the place to go. The window attendant will open the window and make you reach as far as you can when exchanging payment or food. When i asked what the issue was while having most of my upper body out the window he proceeded to ask what my issue was. If anything walk inside and order. Won’t be coming back either I would recommend the Wawa across the street.

When me and my girlfriend first came through the drive-thru around 3:30 4/10/17, we never received a greeting , when we ordered ,he stayed quiet and didn't even repeat the order, we had to ask him to repeat it ; all he said was "I got everything you ordered". First of all that's very unprofessional , If I WAS driving, his night would've been worse then it already was, because I don't tolerate rudeness in the work place! We will never come to that Dunkin again because once we drove up to the window , he gave us our food and didn't even tell us to have a good night , he just walked away. We even knocked on the window because we wanted our receipt , he ignored us , even when we honked our horn he ignored us. We waited at the window for more the 5 minutes and all we got was a smile while we were ignored ! I'm going to contact the manager and the corporate office because that is ridiculous and the worse experience I've ever had at dunkin. Me and my family have been going to Dunkin for years and this isn't a way to run your employees. Honestly he shouldn't bring his problems to his job, be a man and work, or quit!
