  Food is always sloppy and their biscuits are usually hard. Service is always slow and drive-thru is vwry slow

  It was bad they don't give ketchup and napkins and you need to ask for some and the people take a long time to make your order.

  I experience than Drive thru is always busy sometimes i have been told to wait in the parking lot for my food. The great surprise i got today when I request "Mayonaise" the person gave me only one sachet and was said in a rude manner that is only one per sandwich...???? I am dude that is that true????? What a service!!!!

  Update to my previous review from a second account because I am not able to write another review using same account: I called the Bridgewater McDonald’s to speak with a manager about my order since the transaction clearly went through and I paid for my food. Instead of helping or even listening, the manager hung up on me. This is completely unprofessional. I was trying to resolve an issue where I paid for food and didn’t receive it, and this is how it was handled. Very disappointing customer service. I filed a complaint and I’ll make it my mission to share today’s incident on every app! Sad that a franchise like Mcdonalds failed to choose a professional manager to represent them. Shame
