  Situated inside a DD, this new Jimmy John's on Route 28 opened a few months ago. In the beginning, the portions and service were great. I recommended this to my colleagues for their good portion/price/size ratio. Over the past month, the quality has gone downhill drastically. Today, I got a pathetic Vito sub. It was nothing like the pictures on the site nor from past orders. I have to say it was worst than Subway's. I contacted HQ and they told me to contact the store directly. This is bad branding for JJ. You can just tell by the pictures. Not going to go back as there's plenty of better sub shops around.

  We walked in at 5:30 and some how they don’t have any bread. And when I was disappointed they said “well it’s 5:30p so we ran out.” What?!

  For priding themselves on being freaky fast, this location is freakishly slow. It was also 6pm and they were out of bread. I waited for my one sandwich for over 10 minutes (there were only a couple of orders at the time), only to have it made incorrectly. Since there was no more bread available, they couldn't remake it.. it then took another 10 minutes for them to issue a refund and she still made me pay for my drink (which is fine, but after everything that happened I don't think that was necessary). Avoid this location. Not worth the time or money.
