- TCT C5 days ago1.0I used to come here often, but stopped coming maybe a year ago because whenever I ordered an iced coffee with less ice, I would always get almost a full cup of ice. I decided to say something one day, and the male worker in there argued with me that it was less ice, trying to convince me half a cup of ice is less ice and a full cup of ice is regular. I decided to give this store another shot this week thinking it'd be different, and it's still the same, almost full cup of ice when asked for less ice. The taste of the coffee is also watered down, like it never has enough flavoring even with the pumps of stuff I add. Never coming back here.

Receipt showed I was charged for iced coffee, not hot, as I’d ordered. Cashier acknowledged the oversight, refunded me $1.20 from the cash drawer without pushing back. Check your receipts when purchasing from this establishment.

I waited for almost five minutes before someone finally came to ask for my order. I will never return to this establishment. Since they were chatting and laughing all the time when preparing my food, I was very concerned about they were spitting something on the foods and threw half my order away.
