  Have been there a few times and they are always so accomodating for my small amounts. A dry ice novice for sure, I was never sure of what I needed. They helped immensely by setting me up with what was best. I used pellets in a cooler in-between towels to bring ice pops to the beach! Happy kids for the win.

  This business is reliable, professional, and exceeded our expectations. As a small business we were able to get into a farmers market...but we sell frozen food and needed a way to keep it safe. In a pinch, we reached out to this business and they were helpful and we were able to kick off our Farmers Market presence. Andie and Rachel were so helpful and accommodating to our last minute urgency. Pricing and service are great and the employees are a pleasure to work with. We strongly recommend this business for dry ice needs.

  Going to echo the sentiment of all the other reviewers—this place is the best. As a dry ice novice, I had no idea what I needed to ship some ice cream to a friend, or how to do it. They were so incredibly helpful and nice and completely set me up.

  My sister had cancer and decided on Cold Capping Penguin. Chris was so reliable and helped us big time. Chris made sure to get my sister the dry ice on time, weekly treatment for months and the ice was there, He also helped us out with cutting the price. Again thank you Chris my sister had an awesome outcome

  Had no idea this place existed in town and so glad I found it via a google search. I'm not experienced with dry ice but Chris told me what I needed to keep ice cream frozen in a cooler for an ice cream social and it worked perfectly! Great responsiveness and great customer service which is hard to get these days! A true gem of a business! Thanks so much!
