  My aunt was in town from Marylnd and had never been to Houlihan's, so we stopped in. Staff was extremely nice, Tyler our server was a gem. My aunt really enjoyed her chicken parm entree and the crap and shrimp dip appetizer. Two of us ordered the Wagyu Meatloaf but didn't realize the recipe had changed. Really wasn't a fan of the new recipe. The manager stopped by to see how we liked it and offered to replace our meals, we declined (didn't want to keep my aunt waiting). Thank you, Thank you! Tyler came around often and to our surprise the manager came back by and offered to take the two meals off the check without us asking! Customer Service at it's finest! When we paid for the check and handed Tyler the cash tip he was taken back by the amount. We figured the meals were taken off the check and Tyler was a real treat he deserved it! I'll be back to try Tyler's favorite entree'!

  Had lunch there today. I think they need an orientation meeting. Number one on list of NO NO'S......servers and hosts NO PERFUME AND COLOGNE. My food wasn't bad but the stench every time someone walked by made me nauseous. Terrible experience.

  We had such a great experience at Houlihan’s, and Brooke was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. She was on top of everything while still making us feel welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you go to Houlihan’s, definitely ask for Brooke! She deserves all the recognition.

  Brooke was absolutely amazing! She was quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit, and her great service made the experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

  Tyler was a great server, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. We waited a long time for a simple order: wings and a cheeseburger with fries. Ceasar salad and chicken tenders Wings, came out with feathers still on them! 🪶🤦🏻‍♀️ The burger was mushy and unappetizing, and the fries were soggy. Honestly, Wawa makes a better burger. We spent 70 dollars not worth it. Tyler was kind enough to remove the wings from our bill. Great service from Tyler he gets ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
