I asked the girl to remake my lattes because they were using pre-pulled espresso, so it wasn’t fresh and was really strong and bitter. She refused to remake them again with fresh-pulled espresso because “it’s always fresh,” but I know it’s a lie because the machine never went off. They eyeballed the amount of espresso instead of the pre-measured amount that comes out per drink. I requested her to freshly pull the espresso and she absolutely refused and made me feel bad for wanting a fresh drink. I have been coming to this Dunkin almost every day for years and I have never been treated so horribly. I have no choice but to contact corporate because the attitudes here are horrendous. Do not come here.
- JJJeffAug 30, 20261.0Don’t even bother trying to go in if you don’t want to or can’t use the drive-through. They will all ignore you, walk right past you and disregard you as they work the drive-through and pickup orders. At least three people looked at me waiting at register to order and they all ignored and kept doing whatever they were doing. After five minutes standing there I left. Oh and if you use the drive-through they will ask you for tips. They will literally hand you the card machine outside through your car just so you have to choose or disregard the tip button after using your card.

I got a brown sugar shaken espresso which is a menu item they advertise and i dont do any alterations to it and when my bf received it, it tasted terrible and was basically milk and water and barely tasted like there was any coffee in it. My bf asked if he would remake the drink because he knew it looked wrong and he refused then tried to ask for a tip after the fact! He goes " you didnt aswer my question" then he juggles a tip jar in my bf's face. Ive had other uncomfortable experiences there where he hovers my change over the tip jar he has in the drive thru before handing it back to me. Now I have a career where tips are a good portion of my income and also pay it forward to over service jobs that are the same in that way... And over priced Dunkin coffee is not one of those jobs typically in my mind, at least not when i have change over $5-$10.
