- JWJulie WahibApr 19, 20265.0I came today in drive through at 5:00pm like usual. I got the best drink i’ve ever had in the world. It was brown sugar espresso + the lady was super friendly and nice. In the beginning I tried to remember the drink name and she was so patient and helped me for picking up the drink and offered me donuts that I really liked. I will go back again.

The drink was made incorrectly and we politely asked for them to add brown sugar as it is the brown sugar shaken espresso. Was greeted with attitude but was then later handed the drink so no quarrels. We taste the drink again leaving the drive thru and it is still wrong. We go into the store and just politely asked them to remake the drink. There are three to four different workers who then give us faces and there are no apologies for the drink being wrong again. We are apologizing as this was the second time we had them correct the drink. This time, finally the drink was correct and we say thank you and apologize again. The girl then just stares at us as we walk out of the store. As soon as I open the first door to leave I hear them start talking about us. Very rude and unprofessional and I would not come back here in a million years.
