This however wasn’t the problem, the woman training the young man would simply make comments that he was doing something wrong. Rather than helping him when he seemed visibly frustrated she just sat by the register and stared at him.

The “QR” scanner has been “broken” for weeks now and they’re consistently running out of items yet will have plenty in stock for online orders. How about closing the online orders for a while to clean up the place? Or shut it down so you can take care of the customers placing orders in store? Since you guys can clearly not handle both. Place should be shut down. Just an awful establishment.
- FMFredy MuñozSep 19, 20261.0I'm truly shocked by the poor staff at these restaurants. Today I went to the Chipotle in Brick Square, NJ, and the girl at the register was incredibly rude. I thanked her twice, and the second time I spoke a little louder, but she didn't even say "you're welcome." She just looked at me and didn't respond. I'm someone who always expresses gratitude for service, and to have someone ignore your thanks is truly disappointing. Another issue is the restaurant's unpleasantness and terrible hygiene. The tables were filthy. They should have someone cleaning them, or at least take turns cleaning so the restaurant is spotless. It was my first time at the Brick Square location in NJ. A few days ago, I went to the one in Howell, but I left immediately after seeing so much filth. Today, I'm convinced they all follow the same pattern. What a disappointment! And to top it all off, they treat you like you're nothing as a customer!
