- JWJake WingerterMay 2, 20261.0What happened to Chipotle? Disgusting store. Every single table is filthy, no napkins, empty drinks, trash everywhere. The staff have no light left in their eyes. The downfall of this place is debatably worse then Panera.

I was told they had no chips, however, employee grabs two bags to give to take out. I question employee and was told all the chips are paid ahead for take out. Extremely disappointing. Explained to first employee do not lie to a customer about chips and another employee is giving the chips to take out customers. Lastly how does a food establishment not have one of their main food staples.

Went other day and they had no black beans really that's there business to provide there menu they should have had them made ahead of time. And they're very cheesy with the amount of food they give you. Commercials on TV are nothing like what you get when you go in there. Annie up charge you for anything a little extra you asked for.

They probably wouldnt have passed health inspection this day. Its 7:30pm on a friday, i order a bowl and im told "we're out of lettuce sorry"... It wasnt until i argued it that they tell me we're cutting some in the back. I then ask for chips and im told theyre out of chips. I see a couple rows of chips behind the cashier. I inquired about them and im told "oh sorry theyre only for online orders". So online gets priority over in person i guess, insanity. 7:30pm on a friday btw. This place needs to get it together.
