My husband tried to call and was told a manager wasnt in to help. Delivery took over an hour with no updates until the driver was on his way. BWW used to be good but the quality and service has been very low. Very unhappy with our last few orders

However I noticed that the upper management was doing the schedule and talking about certain employees wanting to make money but they weren’t going to put them in certain sections. So I would rather not have to hear any of that while I’m there next time. Other than that it was great! I went at lunchtime so I’m sure they were planning for the night, but maybe do that stuff in the office in the future.
