  Never order the chicken salad! Horrible!!. There was hardly any lettuce in the bowl or anything else, the chicken was highly processed and they gave me half of a container of dressing. Stick to a sandwich. So disappointing! If I was there, I would have asked for a refund.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND.. Awful online pickup experience. I paid extra for avocado, and it was completely rotten. The burger bun was greasy, and the food quality was poor overall. When I called and spoke with the manager, Amanda, (if thats her real name) she was argumentative instead of trying to resolve the issue. Her excuse is they have no air-conditioned refrigeration for the vegetables. Fresh food and good customer service shouldn't be this hard. I won't be back. No return customer!

  I don’t usually do this and smashburger has been my favorite for awhile . Always get the truffle mushroom smash with no cheese , lately I’ve had to say well done bc it’s been pink inside which never used to happen . I called to order alittle before 9 was told no more online orders , I was just trying to put it in sooner so they can have it done bc they close soon , so I came in to order . Lady cooking was beyond rude from the back huffing and puffing bc all these ppl walked in a half hour before close right after me , rolling her eyes and everything saying “we have no more meat after these 12 burgers” . Anyway my order had cheese even tho the receipt said no cheese , the Brussels sprouts were so salty I couldn’t eat it , my burger had pink in the middle even tho I said well done and my fries were soggy and undercooked . I’ve had little issues nothing to complain about but it was my whole order !! Very disappointed as I love this burger and Brussels sprouts usually .

  Wow , shocked I didn't think I'd like Smash burger but the chicken and black bean Smash was actually really good. The mushrooms actually tasted really fresh. The service was so kind and helpful. The milkshakes even looked and smelled good. The only thing I didn't like was the tater tots tasted like chemicals and they give you about a handful, enough but it's an extra. I definitely wouldn't get them again. My recommendation is the chicken smash with mushrooms and cheese.
