  It's hard to rate just yet and the 1 star is for the hours not food/service. My husband and I came here for breakfast on Monday. According to Google they open at 8am but when we got there around 8:30am, they weren't opened. Maybe they need to update their hours on Google. Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to try this place and give it a good rating.

  I ordered take out, food was not ready when I got there said food would be done 15 min prior to my arrival, I shopped next door just to waste more time. The waitress spoke broken English and my food was paid for with a 10%tip. Since I was waiting I ordered a dessert tres leches cake. I didn't ask the price, I gave her a 20 bill she gave me 10 change. $10 for a slice of cake???? I looked it up the menus said $8.99 per slice she automatically gave herself $1.00 tip without asking, just for her to put my dessert in a bag. Because we were both standing near the dessert case it's not like she had to make the cake and all??? I am not a cheap person even though I was ordering take out I left a 10%tip already. If I ate in the restaurant I usually leave 20-30%tip depending on the service. For this one waitress to charge me extra for a dessert is not professional, rude, she was the only one with blondish hair working here on 8 /16/26. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the other waitress were cordial. Food, I ordered shredded chicken on tostones, rice, maduros food was delicious 😋

  I was here on Thursday with a few of my friends. We were there from 6:30-9pm as the service took forever. We watched a table come in order and leave before we were greeted. I noticed the next day that I was double charged for an item on the menu. I called 3x and each time I was hung up on, I found this very rude as I was only trying to understand my bill and if anything could be done. I tried to do the text option to only get ghosted, which leads me to believe they snuck the charge on there on purpose. Especially since nobody is willing to communicate with me and after reading reviews on here and adding gratuities without communicating… the service and lack of communication is a zero which is a shame because the food was not bad.

  Food was good, service was not. We waited a very long time for our order to be taken and an even longer time for the food to come. We got there around 6:30 and didn’t leave until approximately 9pm. I was charged twice for an item (mistakes happen) I noticed after the fact. However, when I called I was hung up on 3x which leaves me to believe it was not a mistake. I never got a resolution. Very clear language barrier, unfortunately though rudeness is a universal language.

  Terrible service. My mom and I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came up to ask us our order ONCE. When I walked to the counter to ask if we could order, the girl working who you can clearly tell was from Medellin by the accent said “No vez que estoy almorzando? (Can’t you see I’m on my lunch right now?)” The disrespect, and lack of service in this restaurant is HORRIBLE. The owner needs to put his employees in check.
