  The food was very bland and honestly, if you’re thinking about ordering out, especially from here, you’re better off cooking at home. I actually cook better than this. I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, which I understand because we ordered a few platters. However, the guy forgot to put one of my platters in the bag. I didn’t check because they staple the bag closed, so I assumed everything we ordered was inside. I live about 20 minutes from this place. I got home, opened the bag, and realized my food was missing. I called to see if they had a delivery person or someone who could bring me the missing food, but they did not. So I had to drive 20 minutes back and then another 20 minutes home, wasting my time and gas because of their mistake. I also spent around $100 on food here, which makes the whole situation even more frustrating. I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone and asked if they could give me a coupon for next time or refund me for the missing item. Nothing like that was offered. He said the owner wasn’t there. This happened on Tuesday, September 8, around 4:00 PM. Between the bland food, the missing item, the lack of any delivery option to correct their mistake, and having to waste my time and gas driving back and forth, I will never order from here again. Definitely not worth it.

  If you don’t want to waste your time and money, **don’t go here.** The experience was awful from start to finish. We ordered a mixed *arepa*, and they **left out the chicken**. We ordered a mixed stir-fry, and it was **absurdly salty and practically swimming in oil**. Then came the *bandeja paisa*, and the beans were **cold**. For the prices they charge, that level of food quality is simply unacceptable. And the restroom? **Absolutely disgusting.** I’ve seen cleaner beach restrooms. It was filthy and made the entire experience even worse. Overall, this is **not a place I would ever take my family again**, and I definitely **would not recommend it to anyone**. Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the disappointment. There are plenty of better places to spend your hard-earned money.

  I was so impressed with the bright clean atmosphere, and the food (which was absolutely delicious), but I was more impressed with the service, kindness, and the professionalism of the staff. I was so impressed with everything that I will be definitely be returning and adding desert to my order.

  We went as a large group and service was poor. At least 4 of us did not like our dinners, although some of us enjoyed theirs. Some people received the wrong dinners and had to wait for the correct ones to be prepared. They charge $2 for water. They add a gratuity to your check automatically and one of us had to chase them to get their $15 change. Most of us said we would not go back.
