- TBT BJul 27, 20261.0I placed a simple order in the store. Got my order went home and it was sooo wrong. Reluctantly went back. If it was maybe one thing they got wrong, would have been okay...but this order was so completely off. Have no idea how they messed it up so bad. I came back, I will admit annoyed and said I have no idea how you got this so wrong. The guy behind the counter immediately came at me and said, "ok, what do you want!?" over and over again. Each time more annoyed and didn't even listen to me, wanted me out of there and kept saying, it happens, ok...in a really snarky, dismissive tone. I admit, its just bagels. But the right response would have been, I'm sorry...let me make you a new order and refund you the difference. Nope!! Instead, he seemed more annoyed than I was. He actually took the bagels that I didn't want and slammed them into the garbage can. He gave me the right bagels. But to be honest, that didnt even matter anymore, I was so mad, which is not how I came in. Horrible customer service. I've been in the store so many times and never had a problem, until now. Also, never refunded me the difference.

- AAAntc23May 17, 20261.0Damn, had a pick up ready to go and I walk in greeting both a young lady and an older dude sitting behind the counter and as goodmorning spews out my mouth, the old dude couldn't be bothered speaking--still on his phone waiting for his employee, the young lady to step in and say goodmorning and ask what I was getting or picking up. To the old dude behind the counter....what are you even doing bro. Be resepctful Editing this later in the day: order was made wrong, too. One cream cheese and one with butter-- Even receipt on bag said it. But received both with cc.
- MAMRS. AmatoApr 22, 20264.0Not a big deal..(I'm a huge fan of Joe's!) I always go to the Fisher Boulevard location in Toms River.. however this morning I was closer to the Beachwood location and was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said "not toasted".. I got a toasted bagel 🤦
