And I know it’s early in the morning and I try to be patient because I know people are annoying…but she was rude and then my entire order was wrong even though what she put into the POS was correct. I would try to get a refund but I literally had to go to work and I don’t have the time to ask in person. Mistakes happen but idk when you repeat everything back to me with an attitude and then hand me everything wrong with the right stickers, that didn’t feel like a mistake. Either way I guess I’ll avoid this Dunkin in the morning because this ruined my commute and my morning

I also ordered a small frozen coffee and charged me a medium one and I ordered a refresher with no ice (the worker even repeated “no ice right”) just for them to make me wait 15 minutes and give me a drink with ice and said they forgot to charge me no ice.😐
